I am at college and was just diagnosed with strep! I've never had it before. I was searching google images to see all the gory grossness that is the back of my throat and came across that little interesting pill hand creature.
Cool story! I had no idea I had strep, my throat didn't hurt too bad considering all the other flu-like symptoms. The doctor wrote me a prescription for penicillin, so I get to eat mold for a week, yay. My roommate and I each have our own bedroom in the apartment and she never comes out of her cave, same kind of thing. I'm nice though! :(

oh boy do i remember this.
you told me you had to go to the hospital & i remember being like OH MY GOD WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!
& then the first thing you said was that you had kinda OD'd on nyquil.
but then told me how sick you were.
& wasn't this when your mom sent you a little care package with all sorts of OTC meds & whatnot? [well, afterwards, of course]

but my oh my am i still glad that my northstar only head strep & wasn't dying. :]

This story is tragic and hilarious. Love it. I have the same issue with slightly indifferent roommates. I like that they don't know whether I'm home or not, but when I do make an appearance they act just like your suitemates.

This story was good....especially since I've drank like three glasses of Proseco....I laughed probably more than I should've.

Then I felt bad because I would've noticed if Marian was sick!!! (sad face)
