my bedtime tradition is completely boring. talk to andy for a few minutes, & then position one squishy pillow under my head juuust right, get all comfy with the body pillow [making sure part of it is in between my knees because i HATE my knees touching each other], & then wrapping my arm around my little squishy personman & falling asleep.
yeah, lame.

When I was a teenager, I would fall asleep by listening to Loveline. Now I drift off while listening to the dulcimer tones of Adam Carolla's podcast.

when i was younger i had trouble sleeping. in fact i was a child insomniac. they (as in mommy and daddy) took me to a shrink to get me "examined". the shrink would make me talk to these little dolls called "worry dolls". basically i had to tell the worries i had to dolls and make it their burden, not mine, so i could sleep peacefully. worked for awhile, until i got all OCD about it, naming the dolls, figuring out who to talk to first, placing them in order of worry telling... um general chaos. :D
